I've had no formal training in web design, ok my "design" leaves alot to be desired but I can convey the info across. Everyone has to start somewhere. There are a few good web page programs which you can download for free online. Netscape Composer is a good program which I use. It allows you to make the page up using "what you see is what you get" style views and you can switch over to html to adjust code if you need to. I find it alot easier than using freewebs page creator as it give you more control.
