Hi all,
My coachahome is a 1961 Ford Thames Trader based Duple Yeoman. It runs along on 9x20 tyres that are difficult to get cheaply - and I really need a set of 7 as the ones on it are very badly cracked from standing (see my post under tyres!).
So I've started wondering if I could fit any later wheels and tyres to get the easily obtained 22.5 rimsize? The problem I have is that all the more modern lorries sport 10-stud rims, but mine are 8.
Any ideas?
Any help would be greatly appreciated as I need to do this as cheaply as possible to keep me on the road.
Thanks in advance.

Hi all My search has ended - as I've just been lucky enough to get some excellent wheels and tyres locally and VERY cheap too. FYI - I've been told that all 8-stud wheels are pretty much interchangable. That might be useful to somebody? Adam
