hi all, I have been planning to "go nomadic" for several years, gathering up the required info and altering my life to suit. I am now at the point where saving for a vehicle has started, hopefully allowing a purchase early next year and while I did sway towards converting a lorry for a while I've decided that having to driver be part of the interior is more important to me than the extra space. I have most things fairly clear in my head but have been wondering about if its possible to lower the floor in a modern(ish) coach? I'm 6'6" so some extra headroom, even if its just for half the length of the vehicle would be useful as I'll be in it all the time but am not sure how practical the idea is? Also starting to look and see what's available and have no idea which vehicles i should steer clear of for various mechanical reasons as I don't know much about coaches? I'm a class 2 driver so driving isnt an issue but reliability, being able to fix problems, parts availability and prices all could be and I know some vehicles are better than others or at least have known weak points. cheers for any advice, i'll be hunting round the site to see what's what.
